TransMaster™ 9000 24 Volt DC Roller Conveyor

The TransMaster 9000 Series is our signature 24 Volt DC roller conveyor. TransMaster is low cost, simple to use, and safe for transporting non wash down items. Its quiet, efficient operation saves money, produces energy cost savings over traditional designs and slashes spare parts requirements. Maintenance is extremely easy when compared to complex designs like lineshaft and belt-driven live roller. With plug-and-play design, installation is a snap.

TransMaster is available in black with custom colors available. Control options range from simple transportation operation to zero pressure accumulation zones using photoeyes. The 24 volt operation is safe for operators and will produce large scale savings on mechanical installation when compared to electrical control panel/PLC programming.

Unlike most manufacturers, CASI does not charge a premium for this cutting edge technology, giving end users large and small the opportunity to enjoy its benefits.

Ultra Safe Conveyor System

Legacy conveyors have high-voltage motors that transmit huge amounts of torque over long distances--enough to badly injure the unsuspecting warehouse employee. TransMaster rollers provide micro horsepower torque exactly where needed, so they can be stopped with one hand. Single-phase 120VAC power is transformed to safe, low voltage 24VDC by our system and transmitted to the rollers.

Ultra Flexible

Every system includes user configurable variable speed control at no extra charge. If your needs change, there is no expensive conduit to reconfigure! With TransMaster you are free to add or move at will. For select installations, we have even provided systems on casters allowing the customer to move them out of the way during the day.

Ultra Scalable

The standard driver cards allow basic accumulation and transport functionality without any controls at all. Plug it in and it works! As your business grows, you can add sortation, merges, checkweighing, cubing and other advanced features via CASI 1100 PC controller. Transmaster is perfect for device networks such as AS-i, which eliminate the need for expensive and inflexible conduit and wire.

Ultra Efficient

TransMaster uses a fraction of the electricity consumed by legacy conveyor designs typically found in belt driven live roller applications. Plus, it automatically senses when there is no product to convey and completely stops to further conserve power. Don’t be fooled by other competitors’ 'sleep mode' where most of the conveyor still runs. TransMaster is Low cost and earth friendly.

Ultra Low Maintenance

Rollers change out in minutes. No belts to track or tension, bearings or chains to grease, or shafts to align. No need to track down air leaks or troubleshoot complex pneumatic logic. Real-world motor life times average 8 to 10 years or longer in warehouse applications. Spare parts are minimal and low-cost.

Ultra Quiet

Provides office-level sound levels (<50Dba) when running, and stops when not in use. Competitors' "Sleep Mode" only stops the tread rollers while the belts and drive rollers continue to cycle.TransMasteriIncreases communication and reduces operator stress levels.
