SortMaster™ 120 Bi-Directional Push Sorter

The CASI SortMaster 120 is a low cost bi-directional sweep sorter for various carton sizes. This innovative product pushes cartons from the inbound land to one of two parallel conveyors based on the license plate barcode, shipping label, or other identifier.
The SortMaster 120 provides reliable operation in combination with ease of maintenance. It is an excellent choice for fixed or random size sortation applications with rates up to 60 products per minute. With any sorter, the parts per minute rate depends upon the item lengths, weights, conveyor speed, and required gap.
