SortMaster™ 110 Pusher Divert

The CASI SortMaster™ 110 is a pusher sorter designed for light boxes under 25 lb. at low to medium rates. The system is easy to install and mount and operates seamlessly with our ZoneMaster™ conveyor and in-motion checkweighers.
SortMaster™ 110 can handle up to 60 items per minute. SortMaster™ 110 pushes most small to medium sized products onto chutes that are 90 degrees from the sort conveyor. With any sorter, the parts per minute rate depends upon the item lengths, weights, conveyor speed, and required gap.
