The CASI SortMaster 100HD is a heavy duty version of the venerable SortMaster 100 Family of 24 volt motorized drive roller bidirectional Sorters. The SortMaster 100HD is a low maintenance reliable bi-directional sorter for heavy loads and light pallets to 500 lbs. The unit works seamlessly with CASI TransMaster conveyor and can be used with third party conveyors as well.

The SortMaster bi-directional divert is a low cost option to conventional diverts when rates are lower than 40 cartons per minute. With any conveyor reject, the carton per minute rate for sortation depends upon the item lengths, weights, conveyor speed, and required gap. SortMaster 100HD features are listed below:
