SortMaster 100 Medium Rate Bi-Directional Sorter

The CASI SortMaster family of 24 Volt DC bi-directional sorters offer a low cost, low rate sortation device that provides reliable operation combines with ease of maintenance. Take-away spurs may be skatewheel, gravity or powered type slaved from the main sorter. The SortMaster™ works seamlessly with our ZoneMaster™ conveyor and 950 in-motion scales.
SortMaster Bi-Directional Sorters are a low cost option to conventional sorters when rates are lower than 40 cartons per minute. With any sorter, the parts per minute rate depends upon the item lengths, weights, conveyor speed, and required gap.
