SolidVerify™ In-Line Barcode Verifier

SolidVerify™ In-Line Barcode Verification System is designed to provide an economical solution to costly packaging errors before they occur. SolidVerify™ can be configured to read any UPC-A, Linear, 2-D or Stacked barcode and provide an ANSI grade to the user.

Setup is simplified for factory floor use by eliminating complex displays and menus. The operator simply pushes the "Set Code" button and the system verifies based upon the first code seen.

Visual & Audible Alarms

SolidVerify™ activates both visual and audible alarms when the system detects an exception. These exceptions are configurable and include but are not limited to:

• No Read
• No Match on Barcode
• Label skewed
• Barcode quality low

The integrated Rockwell Automation PLC provides logic to actuate a divert mechanism to remove the product from the conveyor. This prevents costly downtime and work stoppages for single issues. The system includes outputs that can also be used to stop the conveyor based upon a number of consecutive exceptions.

Optional Reporting & Data Logging SolidVerify™ is designed to be integrated with the CASI 1100 Industrial PC when a more sophisticated operator interface is required. SolidVerify™ in conjunction with the SolidCount™ provides the user with maximum flexibility and reporting functionality.
