The SolidSuite inventory control module uses a standard platform to set and maintain rules based on workflow needs, inventory, replenishment, and picking routines. Data from existing system(s) are interfaced using the SolidComm host interface to customize communicatsions between other SolidSuite modules and applications.

Inventory Control Applications

• Receiving Module - Automatic or manual scanning of inbound freight. Full and open case capabilties.
• Putaway - Customize putaway locations, sort inbound to both storage and/or flowrack.
• Automatic Replishment Queues - Set rules to restock/replinish based on items to be picked, fast/slow movers, etc.
• Automatic Reorderng - Customize reordering based on inventory on hand, inventory turn, and more.

Single Point of Control

As with all SolidSuite modules, CASI inventory control software resides on the CASI 1100 Automation Center. The Windows XP based controller provides an easy to use and familiar GUI environment.
