The SolidRoute™ solution provides superior sortation tracking and acknowledgement, plus performance diagnostics and reports. Configurable parameters and drop down menus give maximum flexibility in routing and sorting. Change destination of cartons on the fly with the simple click of your mouse. Mapped routing and sortation routines can be saved for use at a later date. The sortation logic supports all common forms of routing and sortation such as random, sequential priority, round robin, first lane, single lane, zone route, wave, and consolidation.

SolidSuite™ Control Module

All control is delivered from the rugged CASI Core industrial PC for integrated applications where WCS functions such as weighing, labeling or sortation are required. CASI controllers use solid state data storage, a 23 inch widescreen high resolution HMI and the programming and network flexibility only a Windows 7 product can deliver.
The CASI Core offers standard Ethernet & serial and optional DeviceNet, Profibus, Modbus and Ethernet/IP as options.

SolidRoute™ seamlessly integrates with fixed position scanners, RF tag readers, inline scales and conveyor controls. SolidRoute™ utilizes the SolidComm™ data management module as a versatile single point interface into legacy applications such as WMS, ERP and existing conveyor controls. The reporting tools serve as an invaluable asset managing automated shipping and providing real time views of throughput.
