For every project at CASI, a project manager is assigned to coordinate the communication to the customer and CASI internal resources such as purchasing, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, external vendors, assembly and field service. It is the project managers’ responsibility to ensure the project is delivered on time and that the customer is provided a weekly update as to the status of the project. The project manager supplies the Microsoft Project timeline to the project team leader.
