Production Counting System

Cornerstone Automation Systems Incorporated offers a pre engineered Automated Production Counting System using SolidCount™ that provides automated real time production counting data at either a plant or enterprise basis. Realtime reporting is available via SolidWebReports providing management with instantaneous views of their enterprise.

Overview

The SolidCount™ Production Counting System is a complete turnkey system designed to fully automate your production counting and interface seamlessly with your enterprise software.  Each system is complete with everything you need for full automatic production counting including application software, barcode scanners or RF Tag Readers, Installation and operator training.

System Operation

Data Storage

Most enterprise systems can be automatically updated using SolidComm™ with options for enterprise integration. The SolidCount™ system normally utilizes the CASI-1050 control console that ships with SATA RAID 80 GB hard drives providing ample short term storage of your critical production data.

Data Collection

The SolidCount™ system manages the gathering of data via barcode scanners or other means into the system.  This data is available locally via the built in reports function or enterprise wide via the SolidCount™ Web reports option.

Real Time Feedback & Displays

Real time feedback can be obtained in many forms. The CASI 1100 has an excellent reports feature that can be accessed locally. You may also wish to use an overhead display continuously displaying the appropriate data for your production personnel. Another good feature is the email/pager alerts can come with the system.
