CASI introduces the new PickMaster™ 120 automatic picking system for high volume, split case item oriented picking. The PickMaster™ 120 adds an additional high volume picking method to CASI’s SolidPick™ order picking module to go with our existing voice picking and pick to light offering.

PickMaster™ 120 is the lowest cost A-Frame solution and delivers the high quality our customers have come to expect. It can be arranged in various configurations to pick fast and medium moving items. Items are dispensed either directly into totes or shipping cartons, or automatically picked to belt for optional labeling and sortation. Replenishment can be performed at any time without stopping the picking process.
