CASI uses SolidCheck to verify orders picked from open cases and flow rack cases

CASI offers an open case pick verification system using a combination of in line checkweighers and Auto ID. The system works by reading a carton identification barcode or RF Tag and interfacing to the customer’s legacy host system via SolidComm™ and determining the expected weight of the carton and the over/under tolerance. The carton is weighed and out of tolerance cartons are diverted to a manual inspection station.

SolidCheck™ is the SolidSuite™ WCS module that enables the system to automatically checkweigh each item and pass information to the host for verification and dictate action based on this data. This software allows the system to control the conveyor, diverts and the entire process. CASI provides full turnkey installation and 24/7/365 support for the system.
