New checkweigher requires
no extra cutting or additional motor
Prosper, TX September 27, 2006, Cornerstone Automation System Inc. adds a new product to a wide range of checkweigher products. The CASI-841 is positioned as a low cost system featuring rapid installation and integration.
The CASI-841 is a unique product that allows the user to integrate a checkweigher into an existing lineshaft transportation conveyor without having to cut the conveyor and add a motor. Like all CASI checkweighers, the 841 utilizes the CASI-1100 Checkweigh Controller and Checkweigh Manager software; providing the ultimate in in-line scale flexibility.
The 841's system
interface is extremely easy to use, utilizing a familiar Windows
XP interface and voice commands in English,
Spanish, French & German. Data logging is provided as a
standard offering with Checkweigh Manager in an easy to export
tab delimited format. Security for your data is provided by
a three level login system. The CASI-841 incorporates reject
logic and a barcode scanner interface for productive distribution
center use. Our built in diagnostics in conjunction with (optional)
remote support cameras enables us to get you going fast. At

- Maximum product length is up to 66” (dependent on weightable length and velocity)
- Accuracy: to 0.1 lb.
The 841 offers enterprise real time visibility of shipping data when the SolidWebReports option is added.
