Lineshaft Conveyors

Lineshaft is designed to add low cost transfers, merges, inclines/declines, and curves to your conveyor system. Lineshaft conveyors accomplish this without the need for more drives, which reduces product cost and energy usage.

Lineshaft conveyors are used in applications varying from simple conveying of totes and boxes to back to back accumulation, with little pressure on the leading product. They can easily become zero pressure accumulation systems depending on the application.

Lineshaft conveyors are typically lighter duty compared with powered roller conveyors. Product weight maximums are around 55 to 70 pounds. Applications for this type of conveyor include automated order picking, sortation systems, packaging lines, and assembly/production lines).
