ST400 Semi-Automatic Label Applicator

The ST400 Semi-Automatic Label Applicator is capable of applying die cut pressure sensitive labels at speeds of up to 400 linear inches per minute. Depending on product size and operator efficiency, 30-40 products per minute can be realized. Heavy duty construction specifically designed for industrial applications.

Microprocessor controller gives flexible and accurate label placement. Stainless steel and anodized aluminum provide protection from corrosive environments. Solid drive construction ensures even pressure to the label web resulting in extremely accurate label placement. Handles a full assortment of label shapes and sizes.

The ST400 encapsulates a table top design, a photo-electric product and label sensor, microprocessor control, a standard 4.5-inch web width, and a variable speed direct drive stepper motor. The wrap assembly is fully adjustable and capable of handling products ranging in size from 1/2-inch to 6-inches in
diameter with a 10-inch label length capacity. The tamp module is capable of placing 4.5-inch by 6-inch labels on any size product. Standard label placement accuracy is ± 1/32 of an inch.
