ST-600 Automatic Label Applicator

Cornerstone Automation Systems, Inc. offers a line of moderately priced label applicators as either fully automatic in-line units or semi-automatic labeling systems. These units are solidly built with microprocessor controls and stepper drive motors for high speed systems.

These industrial label applicators are designed to handle a wide assortment of label shapes and sizes and they can be oriented for side, top or bottom labeling.

Automatic applicators can be fitted with wrap belt assemblies (for cylindrical products), conveyors and other custom product handling devices.

The ST600 Automatic Label Applicator is a high performance labeling head capable of speeds of up to 600 linear inches per minute. It comes complete with a direct drive 1-stack stepper motor, powered rewind, a 4.5-inch web width, and a standard 12-inch diameter label roll capacity. Under microprocessor control, the ST600 is accurate to ± 1/32 of an inch.
