The Smart Way To Sort Flats and Parcels

The Sortmaster 150 was developed to sort a wide variety of parcels from postcards to small flat boxes under 10 lb. With mail sort rates as high as 200 cartons per minute, the 150 provides a low cost, high speed flats sorting system.

As a Flats Sorting System, the Sortmaster 150 sorts mail into a configurable number of diverts using CASI’s proven SolidRoute software. The flats are conveyed on a belt conveyor and sorted into mail bags, Gaylords or conveyor for manual boxing. A recirculation conveyor can be added as an option for staging a secondary sort.

The sortmaster 150 is a configurable system for any number of diverts and can utilize both barcode and vision based systems for OCR zipcode reading. Checkweighers and high speed labelers can be added when required, as well as most optional devices.
