Cornerstone Automation Systems Incorporated (CASI) has extensive on-Field Engineering services ranging from equipment repair on an as needed basis to a comprehensive list of regularly scheduled maintenance programs to meet the needs of your enterprise. All annual maintenance programs include regular reviews of your goals and with suggested improvements ensuring your complete satisfaction. The available services are as follows:

On-Site Technical Support

CASI offers 24/7/365 support across the country for our customers requiring on-site assistance. Our engineers are available for dispatch on an as needed basis to troubleshoot and resolve issues rapidly with as little impact on your operation as possible. Off warranty, unscheduled maintenance is billed on a time and material basis.

Scheduled Maintenance

On-site service time can be pre-purchased at a discount and used for special projects, planned maintenance or emergency on-site support.

Site Survey & Maintenance Evaluation Service: Manufacturing & Distribution operations cannot afford downtime. CASI engineers are available to do on-site evaluations and develop a planned maintenance plan for your conveyor automation. With a planned maintenance plan from CASI, our experienced field engineers gather performance data from existing equipment and analyze it to current operation demands. We then provide a comprehensive report outlining the current or potential problems and provide a course of action for management to resolve them.

Embedded Engineer Program

The CASI Embedded Engineer Program provides a full time CASI Field Engineer at your site for a preset time. This is an excellent option for new systems, as the CASI engineer will always be available for additional training and to meet immediate needs that arise.
