When you’re separating a single line of products into multiple discharge lanes in a plant or distribution center, you’re looking for speed, accuracy, and reliability. The TGW-ERMANCO XcelSORT® sliding shoe sorter delivers up to 150 sorts per minute (18" product). And it’s capable of diverting both left and right.
XcelSORT conveys and sorts products as long as 48 inches and weighing up to 100 pounds at speeds up to 390 feet per minute.
Shoes slide transversely to the travel direction, diverting products to pre-selected destinations. Modular in design for easy assembly and reconfiguration, XcelSORT is a quiet, low-maintenance sortation system.
