TGW-Ermanco GAPmaster Conveyor
Key Benefits: Singulates Product, Reduces Cost

GAPmaster performs the same functions as a brake meter belt at much lower cost. It receives products end-to-end and gaps them individually. Precision starting and stopping allows the gap to match operational requirements downstream or meter products individually into a vertical conveyor, scale, strapper, transfer, sawtooth merge, sortation system or a pick zone module.
The GAPmaster is incorporated into the discharge bed of an NBA 23 Narrow Belt Accumulation conveyor. It is driven by the same belt that drives the NBA 23 rollers. This means no additional motor, clutch brake, controls, wiring or associated maintenance for significant cost savings.
Product gaps are created through speed changes from the first to second belt. Stopping the belt causes product to accumulate on the NBA-23TM.
