RLC accumulating curve conveyor provides product accumulation where conventional curves do not. Driven by a unique segmented V-belt with a cushion cover, it is ideal for accumulation and transportation applications where live roller curves, spurs, and short sections of conveyor can be slave-driven from NBA®23 or CRUZ belt. RLC 25 technology is well suited for post-sort spurs from our NBS®30 Narrow Belt Sorter where high speeds are necessary. It can be configured to accommodate curves, spurs, S-curves, straight extensions, or any combination, providing maximum flexibility in system layout.

The special V-belt functions similarly to a conventional V-belt. However, it can be custom-sized by adding or removing links. No conveyor disassembly is required to replace the belt. The zero-pressure curve accumulates product when the zone following the curve has product present. RLC 25 is an extension to your NBA 23 accumulation conveyor.
