Low Cost Dimensional Weight System

CASI offers a low cost cubing system designed specifically for FedEx/UPS/DHL, etc. The new SolidCube 3000 from CASI provides the automation needed for shipping operations without the cost of extreme cubing accuracy not needed for common carriers. Configure as a standalone or with integrated checkweigher as a single unit.

The 3000 Series utilizes primarily off the shelf components rather than proprietary controllers, giving the customer the customer the ability to purchase replacement parts from local vendors. The system interface is extremely easy to use, utilizing a familiar Windows XP interface and voice commands in English, Spanish, French & German. Data logging is provided as a standard offering with Checkweigh Manager in an easy to export tab delimited format. Security for your data is provided by a three level login system.

High Speed Dimensioner for Existing Shipping Systems

The CASI SolidCube™ 4010 high speed dimensioning system is a free standing, self contained and powered automatic dimensioning module that measures the length, width, height & volume of cartons in motion on a conveyor. It seamlessly ties together with CASI checkweighers, in-motion manfest systems, and other labeling systems as needed.
