CASI 970 Case Conveyor Scale
The CASI 970 case conveyor scale is a high speed, high accuracy system designed for distribution center use in random check weigh and freight manifesting applications.
The CASI 970 utilizes primarily off the shelf components rather than proprietary controllers, giving the customer the ability to purchase replacement parts from local vendors. The four compression load cell design is simple to calibrate and effective for distribution center use. The 960 and 970 series utilize a VFD for ultimate flexibility in conveyor speed control and higher speed applications when needed.
Applications
- Statistical Process Control weighing
- Production weighing
- Automated distribution
- Inline shipping systems
- High speed and high accuracy weighing
- Under / OK / Over checkweigh
- General industrial weighing
