CASI 871 Washdown Conveyor Belt Scale

The CASI 871 is a NEMA 4X wash down conveyor belt scale designed for high accuracy food grade use. The checkweigh system utilizes the CASI Core NEMA 4X system controller and is compatible with all checkweigh rejects and utilizes a familiar Windows 7 interface and voice commands in English, Spanish, French and German. Data logging is provided as a standard offering with Checkweigh Manager in an easy to export tab delimited format. Security for your data is provided by a three level login system.

All control is delivered from the rugged CASI Core NEMA 4X industrial PC for standalone or integrated applications such as labeling or sortation. CASI washdown controllers use solid state data storage, an optional touchscreen HMI, and programming and network flexibility only a Windows 7 OS can deliver.
The CASI Core offers standard Ethernet or serial output Other options include DeviceNet, Profibus, Modbus and Ethernet/IP.
