CASI-841 Lineshaft Checkweigher

The CASI 841 is a unique product that allows the user to integrate a Checkweigher into an existing Lineshaft transportation conveyor without having to cut the conveyor and add a motor. Like all CASI checkweighers, the 841 utilizes the 1100 Checkweigh Controller and Checkweigh Manager providing the ultimate in in-line scale flexibility.

The 841's system interface is extremely easy to use, utilizing a familiar Windows XP interface and voice commands in English, Spanish, French & German. Data logging is provided as a standard offering with Checkweigh Manager in an easy to export tab delimited format. Security for your data is provided by a three level login system. The 841 incorporates reject logic and a barcode scanner interface for productive distribution center use.

All control is from the rugged CASI 1100 industrial PC based system controller. The 1100 offers redundant hard drives , a 19 inch high resolution HMI and the programming flexibility only available via a Windows XP product.
The CASI 1100 offers standard Ethernet & serial and optional DeviceNet, Profibus, Modbus and Ethernet/IP as options.
