QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Candidate Qualifications:

1. Degreed in a technical area.
2. Minimum 5 years industrial/manufacturing experience in QA.
3. Computer literate-word processing, spreadsheet, database, etc.
4. Self starter, capable of initiating a function where there is none currently.
5. Speak and write English.
6. Background in capital equipment assembly operations.  Controls/automation background a plus.

Summary Duties:
Develop and implement quality and documentation processes to insure that Cornerstone's systems provide consistently compliant performance to customer expectations.  This includes incoming material controls, internal manufacturing standards, assembly controls and documentation, and insuring internal preshipment testing is 'real world' per job specifications.  This individual will be creating and then managing Cornerstone's QA/QC program.

Regularly reports compliance and deviations internally, and where appropriate, provides QA testing info to customers.

Reporting:
The individual will report directly to the VP of Manufacturing. 

Salary will commensurate with experience, including participation in Cornerstone's profit sharing plan.
