Position Description
Fast growing North Frisco Automation Company that manufactures and integrates a full line of cutting edge material handling systems for manufacturers/distributors is seeking a Database/Web Design Software Engineer.  Because each client is a stand-alone application, we are able to integrate the latest software and tools into our development environment, and we are currently using Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008 R2.  We are seeking a .Net Developer with strong knowledge of SQL Server and .Net programming (VB.NET and ASP.NET).  The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating new .Net applications and upgrading/migrating existing interfaces from VB6 to .Net framework 4.0.  In addition to the front end, the employee will be responsible for building custom SQL Server databases to support the client’s needs.

Requirements
Successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the following:
SQL Server (2005 and/or 2008)
VB.NET
ASP.NET
Database Web Design Programming
.Net Framework 4.0
VB6 Experience a plus.

Degree Preferred.
