CASI MDR Curves are quiet, safe and offer non contact zero pressure accumulation. The on demand zones reduce power consumption and noise allowing for a lower cost of ownership
Note about motorized drive roller conveyor (MDR)
Motorized drive roller conveyor requires no air or special brakes, as it works from electrical control. Motorized drive roller conveyor has many applications including accumulation in curves, inclines, and declines. MDR roller accumulation has the capability to interface with a PLC or PC based control package. This allows for maximum ability of control and flexibility. Each zone is powered by a motorized roller. The remaining rollers in that zone are slave driven from the motorized roller with o-rings or V-Belts.Automation Systems:
