Automatically Cut a Pick Window - Great for Flow Rack Picking

The ABOT™ pick window cut (PWC) option provides additional tooling and programming to cut a window into the short side of the case. The front window allows access to the box contents from the front of the box facilitating picking operations in tightly spaced flow rack.

The window location and resulting cut pattern is specifically designed for ABOT™ to minimize the chance of damaging the box contents and to keep contents from spilling.

A horizontal cut across the top of the case severs the minor flap. Horizontal cuts across the face of the box are scored and not completely cut through. The resulting flap can be folded down (as shown) or torn away.

The horizontal position of the face cut is programmable. The position of this cut can be programmed based on box size.
