CASI 1100 Checkweigh Controller

The CASI 1100 checkweigh controller is an industrial PC based checkweigh controller ideal for use in distribution and manufacturing environments. Developed as a powerful, low cost user interface for our in-line scale system, the CASI 1100 eliminates expensive industrial PC's or difficult to program custom terminals with an easy to use system with a large windows based display.

All control is from the rugged CASI 1100 industrial PC based system controller. The 1100 offers redundant hard drives , a 19 inch high resolution HMI and the programming flexibility only available via a Windows XP product.
The CASI 1100 offers standard Ethernet & serial and optional DeviceNet, Profibus, Modbus and Ethernet/IP as options.

Single Point of Control

The 1100 scale controller can be the single point of control for large material handling systems or simply a checkweigh controller. All SolidSuite™ systems run from the 1100. In addition to controlling the checkweigh process, the 1100 can control sortation, automatic print & apply labeling, conveyor control and interface to a wide variety of network and field bus devices. Seamless legacy host interface to your WMS or ERP application is available via the optional SolidComm™ module.

As a Windows XP based system, the 1100 offers state of the art support features such as voice over IP live chat, remote desktop support along with a very useful HMI in Checkweigh Manager.
